Bible people, places, and cultural context

Start where you are

If you don't know where to start, write down anything that you already do know, for example from your class notes, textbook, or study Bible. Write down any questions you have.

On the Home tab of this LibGuide are reference sources you may already have on your shelf at home. Start with them.

It is a trap to think that research is just looking up information and writing it down. It is like an onion, with layer on layer. Get started by writing -- and citing -- what you already have. Once you have done that, you will find that it is much easier to take the next step. Just follow the flamingo!
